You’ve heard the saying, “Knowledge is power.” Well, that’s particularly true in the buying and selling of real estate. If you are a FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER or have not owned a home in the last 3 years, you may be eligible for a tax credit for purchasing a home as long as you have it under contract no later than April 30, 2010. The credit may be as much as $8,000! And if you have owned a home in the past three years, you may still be eligible for a REPEAT BUYERS CREDIT of $6,500! Again, you must have the home under contract by April 30, 2010. Click the link in the Home Buyer Reports below to get more information on these credits.

And speaking of those reports, be sure to take advantage of them. They’re FREE and there is great information in each one of them, and you can learn a little more about what it takes to make this most important purchase of yours a great one! After all, KNOWLEDGE IS POWER.
